American Oak N°2 Mini Staves Sweet & Smooth for slow maturation, coco and sweet aromas, moderate vanillin, cinnamon, toasting flavors, smoky, butterscotch tones, wood, spicy.
Direction: 5 – 20 gram wood in 1 liter spirit perferably at cask strength (around 65% ABV) for more than 4 weeks. The exact amount of wood and the duration of aging depends on personal preferences. We advise to try different variations.
