Description
French Oak N°6 Blocks Extreme Vanilla for fast maturation, very high vanillin concentration, at which however the vanilla is very well balanced with the other aromas, lactones, caramel, soft tannines, wood notes and smoke aroma.
Direction: 5 – 20 gram wood in 1 liter spirit perferably at cask strength (around 65% ABV) for less than 4 weeks. The exact amount of wood and the duration of aging depends on personal preferences. We advise to try different variations.
